Ms. Brandi has come into AGC Romeo with a great attitude and a love for helping children learn new things! She was a cheerleader in high school with many tumbling skills and has a great understanding for breaking skills into smaller progressions. Brandi is currently coaching preschool classes, girls instructional classes, and tumbling classes. She is CPR and First Aid Certified, Safety Certified through USA-Gymnastics, and has completed the Heads Up Concussion Training
Ms. Ally is a former student of ours from our most advanced level gymnastics class. She is very athletic and enjoys playing soccer, volleyball and running track as well as keeping up with her gymnastics skills. She is currently trained to coach preschool, girls instructional and tumbling classes and also enjoys working special events. She is working hard in school and hopes to become a doctor or go into sports medicine when she enters college. Ms. Ally has completed the Heads Up Concussion Training.

Mr. Leon had been coming to classes, Open Gyms, and Flip Outs for since 2010, and joined our staff in November 2013. He is such an experienced tumbler and he uses what he has learned in gymnastics and has applied it to snowboarding. He has been an excellent addition to our staff, and he is currently a coach on the Boys Pre-Instructional classes, Boys and Girls Instructional classes and Tumbling classes. He is CPR and First Aid certified, Safety Certified through USAG, and has completed the Heads Up Concussion Training.
Ms. Joy has been teaching gymnastics for over 10 years, as she first started with us back in 2006. Over the years, she has accumulated many ideas, games, and drills that will help her preschool classes improve in all areas! She was a competitive gymnast when she was younger and loves passing the fundamentals of gymnastics onto her students. In her free time, Ms. Joy practices isshinryu karate where she has earned her second degree black belt. She is CPR and first aid certified and has completed the Heads Up Concussion Training.
Ms. Alexis had been a gymnast at AGC Romeo for over 4 years before starting to coach for us. She has an extensive background in cheerleading and competitive dance, and has previous teaching experience as a dance instructor. Alexis has jumped right into coaching and teaches a little bit of everything from Preschool gymnastics, boys pre-instructional, to Instructional Girls and Tumbling. She also enjoys working special events like birthday parties, Fun Days, and Flip Out. Alexis is Safety Certified through USA-Gymnastics, has had the Heads Up Concussion Training, and is trained in CPR and First Aid. She attended the 2014 Region 5 USA Gymnastics Congress where she brought back many skills and drills to help her students become more successful in class!
Ms. Kayley started taking classes with us in 2007! She continued for many years working her way up to our platinum class and coming to our special events for many years. She has been trained to coach preschool, instructional, and tumbling classes and likes working special events. She has completed the Heads Up Concussion Training.
Ms. Caitlin was one of our former gymnasts and has attended AGC Romeo classes since she was 9 years old! She easily made the transition from student to coach, and enjoys working with our littlest gymnasts in the parent- tot class up to our older Girls Instructional students as well as our special events. Caitlin is Safety Certified through USA-Gymnastics, has had the Heads Up Concussion Training and is trained in CPR and First Aid. She attended the 2014 USA Gymnastics Region 5 Congress where she has many new ideas she can't wait to use in class and special events!
Ms. Kamryn used to take classes here and she was always excited and ready to learn. Now she is coaching and she is excited and ready to teach! She coaches Preschool classes and Girls Instuctional classes, and enjoys working our special events like princess parties and birthday parties.
Ms. Jacquelyn has been attending AGC Romeo as a student since 2005 and has now become a valuable member of our staff. She loves teaching the preschoolers and watching them get excited about learning new skills. She also teaches Girls Instructional classes and enjoys working special events like Flip Out and birthday parties. Jacquelyn is CPR and First Aid certified, Safety Certified through USA-Gymnastics, has completed the Heads Up Concussion Training, and attended the 2013 Region 5 Gymnastics Congress.
Ms. Kristina started taking classes here many years ago before she transfered to our Chesterfield location to take classes and join the competitive team out there. Now she is coaching Preschool classes, Girls Instructional classes, and Tumbling classes, and has a lot of fun with her students.
Ms. Sue has been coaching preschool gymnastics at AGC Romeo since 2005. Her background of working with small children and love of the sport brings a lot of fun and energy to her classes. Ms. Sue is Safety Certified through USA-Gymnastics, has completed the Heads Up Concussion training and is certified in First-Aid and CPR. She also attended the 2011 Region 5 Gymnastics Congress.
Ms. Payton started classes with us when she was just 4 years old, and now she is one of our coaches! She is coaching our Preschool classes, Girls Instructional classes, and Tumbling classes, in addition to working many of our special events. She enjoys working with kids and helping them learn new skills.
Ms. Marsha is Office Manager at AGC Romeo. She joined our staff in 2007 and has become the main go-to person for just about everything. She has an Associate’s Degree in Business-Marketing, is Safety Certified through USA-Gymnastics, has completed the Heads Up Concussion Training, and is certified in First-Aid and CPR. She has also attended the 2010, 2011, and 2015 USA-Gymnastics National Congresses. She still teaches a few preschool classes every now and then because of her love of working with young children.
Ms. Morgan was a gymnast here at AGC Romeo, and now she is ready to help your child learn! She is coaching Preschool classes and Girls Instructional classes and looks forward to working more levels and special events.
Ms. Lesley started coaching gymnastics as a college student in East Lansing then moved to our Chesterfield location after graduation in 2002. When the Romeo location opened, she joined the Romeo staff as Program Director. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Michigan State University. She is a professional member of USA-Gymnastics with Kinder Accreditation and Safety Certification as well as ongoing training including many years of USA-Gymnastics Regional and National Training Congress attendance. She is also certified in First-Aid and CPR and has completed the Heads Up Concussion Training.
Ms. Madi started classes with us in 2004 when we opened for our very first session, and she continued for many more years after that! Even as she became a competitive All-Star cheerleader, she continued to drop in to our Open Gyms and Flip Outs. Now she is excited to be a member of our coaching staff and we look forward to her getting her own classes this Fall session.
Mr. Austin A.
Mr. Austin is a former student of ours, and he has had a blast jumping back into the world of gymnastics! He loves working with kids and can be found working our Boys Instructional/Intermediate/Advancded classes, Girls Instructional classes, Tumbling classes, and many of our special events.
Ms. Mekenna was a competitive gymnast for many years and then used her advanced tumbling skills to become a cheerleader at Armada High School. She also is on the track team where she is excels at the pole vault. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active. She has quickly become one of our more advanced coaches for the Girl's Instructional classes and our Tumbling classes.
Mr. Robby is probably one of our most athletic coaches! He was a gymnast many years ago, and now is on the football team, cheerleading team, wrestling team, and track team for Armada High school! He loves coaching and passing along his knowledge to the students in the boys classes, tumbling classes, power play and ninja contender classes. Because of his busy schedule, he usually only coaches one day a week per session, but is often at our special events or Flip Outs. Mr. Robby is CPR and First Aid certified and is working on completing the Heads Up Concussion training.
Ms. Taylor is a former AGC Romeo student of many years and was a cheerleader for Armada High School. She enjoys working with kids and always has a big smile on her face. You can find her coaching almost everything these days, from Preschool classes, Jr. Bronze, Girl's Instructional, and cheer classes to special events like Fun Days and Flip Outs.
Ms. Rachel is a fun coach that likes to work with the preschool age classes and lower level instructional and tumbling classes. She is a good tumbler herself, with her favorite skill being a back walkover. You can also see Ms. Rachel working many of our Open Gyms and Flip Outs. She has taken the Heads Up Concussion training and is safety certified through USA Gymnastics.
Ms. Sarah is and AGC Romeo former gymnast who worked her way up to the Diamond class when she was taking classes! She is done with her teaching degree and will be applying what she has learned in college classes and student teaching with her gymnastics experience to make her preschool and instructional classes a lot of fun! Ms. Sarah has completed CPR and First Aid training.
Ms. Claudia was a former AGC Romeo student and then moved onto becoming a cheerleader for Armada High School. She has a great attitude and makes every experience for each child a positive one! She coaches our cheer classes, Preschool classes, Girl's Instructional classes, and many special events.
Ms. Kendall is a former student that attended our Chesterfield location when it first opened and then switched to the Romeo location when we opened in 2004. She remembers a lot from her years of classes here and has used that knowledge to her advantage when teaching classes. She is great with all ages of our gymnasts and knows how to balance both fun and learning in her classes. She is primarily coaching our Preschool classes, but has been trained on our Girls Instructional and Tumbling classes. She attended the 2015 USA Gymnastics National Congress and attended over 15 seminars specifically focusing on classes, coaching and skills. Ms. Kendall is safety certified through USAG and has completed the Heads Up concussion training.
Ms. Megan loves working with children, and her cheerleading background keeps her classes upbeat and fun! She loves teaching preschool classes and looks forward to working with the older students in the girls' instructional Bronze, Silver, and Tumbling classes. She can also be found working our special events like Fun Days and Flip Outs.

Mr. Dalvin is a fun coach with a lot of energy! He is a great tumbler and loves learning new skills for himself so he can teach and spot both standing and running tumbling. Prior to working at AGC Romeo, Mr. Dalvin was a Wayne State University cheerleader for one year and participated in gymnastics as a young child. He enjoys working Friday Night Flip Out and birthday parties in addition to teaching the Boys and Girls Instrtuctional classes, Sr. Cheer Prep and all levels of our Tumbling classes. He attended the 2015 USA Gymnastics National Congress and attended over 15 seminars specifically focusing on classes, coaching and skills. Mr. Dalvin is safety certified through USAG and has completed the Heads Up concussion training.
Mr. Trevor works most of our special events, and especially enjoys working Flip Outs! He played hockey for many years and likes staying active by interacting with the students. Mr. Trevor has completed the Heads Up Concussion training.

Ms. Miriam has been a member of AGC Romeo since Fall of 2011, and has transitioned from a student in our high level Diamond class to a coach that works with our Pre-School students, Girls Instructional classes and Trampoline and Tumbling classes. She has a great personality for working with the younger students and an understanding of skills to help the older and more experienced students. Ms. Miriam has completed the Heads Up concussion training.
Ms. Kassidy is a former AGC Romeo student and took many years of tumbling classes with us! She used her tumbling experience to become a cheerleader and now enjoys teaching both gymnastics and cheer classes. Ms. Kassidy is coaching Preschool classes, Girl's Instructional classes, Tumbling classes, and Cheer classes as well as working many of our special events. She has completed the Heads Up Concussion training.

Ms. Rachel joined the AGC Romeo staff in May of 2013 and has been a very important member of our office staff ever since then. She is extremely fast and knowledgeable with our gymnastics software and pays great attention to detail. She enjoys working with children as well as our customers at the front desk, and as a gymnastics parent herself, she can relate with the questions and concerns of our clientele. She is CPR and First Aid certified, is Safety Certified through USA Gymnastics, and has completed the Heads Up Concussion training. She attended the 2015 USA Gymnastics National Congress and attended over 15 seminars specifically focusing on office management, social media, and customer service.
Ms. Kayla is a former student at AGC Romeo and was a competitive gymnast for several years at our Chesterfield location. She has a lot of experience with higher level skills from her competitive background, and enjoys coaching the more advanced classes. She is coaching our Girl's Instructional classes as well as our Tumbling classes, and our most advanced class, Diamond. She has completed the Heads Up Concussion training.

Mr. Mitch is a former student of ours from many, many years ago. He has always been very active and picked up his gymnastic skills right where he left off and has accomplished many advanced, new skills in a short time. He enjoys teaching the boys instructional classes and our tumbling classes, and learning those skills has helped him become a better teacher. He currently is on his high school swim team and enjoys being outside in his spare time. Mr. Mitch has completed the Heads Up Concussion Training.
